Le Vin is a brand of artisan jellies inspired by the wines and spirits of the world, fresh from the garden herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables. I set out to bring jelly more in line with modern pairings, palates and preferences. I wanted to create something that appealed visually, viscerally and evocatively. I am hoping that jelly breaks the confines of its own mold and is transformed into an enlightened condiment.
